Day 7: Technology Partners
On the seventh day of ECM, my IT manager gave to me, SeeUnity Technology Partners!
Here at SeeUnity, we are proud to have technology partners that enable us to be the best at what we do! First and foremost, we are a certified Microsoft Independent Software Vendor. That gives us the ability to connect flawlessly with SharePoint and SharePoint online as well as Office 365. Secondly, we also have a technology partnership with OpenText. OpenText is an industry leader within the ECM marketplace. This partnership enables our seamless connections with eDOCS and Content Server. Another technology partnership we have is with Alfresco. Alfresco provides a modern ECM software and is one of the Challengers on Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. Our final technology partnership is with HighQ. As we mentioned in ECM day 6, HighQ’s collaboration solution is one of the best on the market for law firms and legal departments and we are proud to be partners with them.

Day 8: Cloud
On the eighth day of ECM, my IT manager gave to me, cloud storage for my documents!
In the ECM world, legacy systems were all hosted with on-premise servers. However, with the advancements of 21st-century technology, the cloud was born! The importance of the cloud to ECM is still being discovered, but with online ECM systems like SharePoint Online and NetDocuments, there seems to be a trend toward the cloud. The ILTA Technology Purchasing Survey, that we wrote about in September, showed that many law firms are purchasing cloud technologies in the next year.
At SeeUnity, we can help your organization adopt hybrid and cloud solutions. Whether you need to synchronize content to a cloud platform or migrate your content to the cloud, we can help you! We also have a whitepaper that can help you get started. Download here!
