Enterprise Content Integration & Migration Products | Anaqua (formerly SeeUnity)
The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers improves content accessibility with SeeUnity’s Echo Content Synchronization. CAPP provides services and information sources to its members and associate members via a MemberNet Portal. Committee Sites host collaborative Work In Progress (WIP) content and bridge access to CAPP’s critical resources stored in OpenText eDOCS.
Over time, the MemberNet did not age well. It began to have compatibility problems between Microsoft Office and eDOCS. CAPP wanted to replace their in-house solution with an easy to use software solution for external sharing. SeeUnity’s Echo Content Synchronization allowed CAPP to publish eDOCS content to SharePoint for their external sharing.
SeeUnity’s Echo Content Synchronization was an already supported and reliable software solution for CAPP. It allowed for automated and secure publishing from eDOCS to SharePoint. The ease of use of Echo increased the volume of published content to their external site.
“Because Echo makes publishing so easy to introduce, we’re actually being more proactive and making more content available.”
– Jeremy Creaghan | IS Manager, CAPP
